How do exchanges and returns work?

If your product arrives with any defect – dented, scratched, broken, we sincerely apologize!

We ensure the quality and perfection of every little detail before sending any product, but sometimes the journeys can be turbulent.

You have a period of 7 days to contact us at wallsterboutique@gmail.com
 or through the contact page, request a product exchange, and follow the instructions to send it back to our center via the postal service.

If the product packaging has been tampered with, please send us an email, and we will contact the postal service and take the necessary measures.

In any case, we guarantee the delivery of your product in perfect condition. If it's not, we will exchange or refund it.

Exchange and Return Policy

For returns in case of change of mind or cancellation of purchase, we offer a period of 07 calendar days after receiving the product. To proceed with the return, please contact us with your order number through our contact page or by email at wallsterboutique@gmail.com.

The refund of values or exchange of defective products will only be processed after receiving and analyzing the condition of the product(s).

After approving the exchange or return, a postage label will be generated so that the customer can return the product via the postal service free of charge, without additional costs.

If the product is in perfect condition, the purchase will be fully refunded, at no cost to the customer, through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

If it is found that the product was damaged due to misuse, the exchange will not be allowed, and the product will be returned with shipping costs charged to the customer.

Important: Returns of personalized products, such as posters with messages or images created by you, are not accepted. These are customized items, made especially for you, and the return/exchange rules do not apply, according to the Consumer Protection Code.
